Please note: any modifications made to JOSTAR JEWELRY OFFICIAL pieces by external jewelers will void the warranty. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the quality of work performed by others, and most jewelers may not possess specialized expertise in our settings or lab grown diamonds.
**What is your return and exchange policy?**
Every item we create is entirely custom-made from start to finish, tailored specifically for you. Each detail of your piece is designed according to your personal preferences and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues. We implement a rigorous approval process for both your diamond selection and CAD design to ensure that you are satisfied before production begins, guaranteeing that you will love your piece.
**Logistics Policy**
**What shipping method is utilized?**
We dispatch all orders via FedEx or DHL Express Priority Shipping. For our international clientele, we ensure the swiftest delivery through FedEx, typically taking 3 to 10 business days, contingent upon your location. To guarantee the secure delivery of both domestic and international parcels, we mandate a signature upon arrival. Alternatively, you may drop off your package at the nearest FedEx facility and retrieve it securely with a photo ID. Once your package is on its way, our team will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment closely.

We advise treating your treasures with the same care and affection that inspired their creation. As with all fine jewelry, it is prudent to remove your pieces during physical activities, showering, swimming, household cleaning, and while sleeping. While water does not adversely affect the diamonds or the settings of our rings, the residue from shampoo and the chemicals found in pools and saltwater can gradually wear away the alloys in your setting. Following the “last on, first off” principle—where your jewelry is the final adornment you wear in the morning and the first you remove upon returning home—serves as a wise guideline.
How may I cleanse my piece?
The simplest and most effective method for cleaning your ring at home is to immerse it in warm water infused with Dawn dish soap. We recommend delicately removing any buildup with a soft-bristle baby toothbrush, with particular attention paid to the underside of your stone, where grime tends to gather.
May I use standard jewelry cleaner
Certainly, you may. However, we find that the effectiveness and the harshness of chemicals can vary significantly from brand to brand. The most accessible, safe, and economical choice remains Dawn dish soap, warm water, and a baby toothbrush, as previously mentioned.
